Our process right now is still quite manual. Just drop an email to info@bitsmart.tech and we can give you a progress update. Eventually, we will enable you to track your referrals through a user-friendly portal, where you’ll see the status of each referral and your earned rewards.

You’ll be notified via email once your referral is successful and your reward is processed.

That’s simple. The business you are referring us to needs to have a minimum of 5 users and sign up for a minimum contract of 12 months of Managed Services.

Earn Rewards:When the referred business signs up for our IT support services and meets the criteria, you earn rewards based on the size of the referral:
- Active MSP Clients:
  - For referrals with up to 20 users: Receive a free month’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) service (excluding licensed elements).
  - For referrals with over 20 users: Receive two free months of MSP service (excluding licensed elements).
- Non-MSP Clients:
  - For referrals with up to 20 users: Earn a £50 Amazon gift card.
  - For referrals with over 20 users: Earn a £100 Amazon gift card.
