I am so glad that I met Tony at my 1N meeting. I called on Tony’s expertise when one of my team’s laptop’s broke and was being collected the next day and I was responsible for ensuring that all the data had been wiped. I followed many online videos but simply couldn’t get it to work. I called Tony in a panic and he jumped on a zoom with me, sussed the problem within minutes and emailed me a link to the missing software that was preventing me from resetting it. When I hit a second stumbling block, he was on the phone straight away to help. The service was impeccable when I needed it most, and I have asked Tony to help me with some other IT support for my company. Thank you Tony, you are a legend.
