One of my clients and I were speaking yesterday, they had an IT issue, and their vendor said it’s half a day cost/fix. I called Bullshit on it. We employed Tony to help us migrate our email accounts and drives for both our businesses across to Google which was not an easy task as we had several email accounts with a great deal of data. I am so glad that I met Tony at my 1N meeting. I called on Tony’s expertise when one of my team’s laptop’s broke and was being collected the next day and I was responsible for ensuring that all the data had been wiped. I followed many online videos but simply couldn’t get it to work. I called Tony in a panic and he jumped on a zoom with me, sussed the problem within minutes and emailed me a link to the missing software that was preventing me from resetting it.
